As an Achiever, I work hard and get a lot of things accomplished. I also expect this from teachers and staff so I set high expectations and standards  to encourage them to work as hard as they can. By explaining my own passions and motivatiors for achievement, I try to inspire others to put forth more effort. 

Through my leadership positions, I have always tried to make a difference in the lives of my teachers and staff. I realize the importance of developing others and the impact that differentiation has on their development. Modeling the Significance of each person is shared by developing professional developments that meet the needs of each person. 

I teach others how to think Analytically and model this way of thinking by the way that I design our professional developments. I ask questions, lead discussions, and design learning opportunties to spur teachers' analytical thnking. 

Deliberative thought is put into how learning opportunties will be structured throughout the school year and the critical areas of focus that should be highlighted.  I model my deliberative style by letting teachers know that I value their input and questions, but I need time to think before giving them an answer sometimes. Often a quick response is not the best response so I take time to consider the pros and cons especially on important tasks.

Puzzles are my favorite! I have a passion for planning and Arranging the content to be covered in professional developments or events throughout the school year. Special attention is also given to the physical environment as well as the learners. With respect to scheduling teachers, careful attention is given to teams and partners who will benefit from working together to optimize learning for our students.
